JAPANESE TCG / CASE-PACK OPERATIONS

BOOSTER BOX HARBOR

Case-pack and dispatch planning for sealed Japanese TCG orders.

Turn a product request into an operational brief with clear buying units, consolidation rules, carton marks, packing-list fields and destination context.

Product imagery is an archived format reference, not live inventory, reserved quantity or sealed-condition evidence.

DISPATCH LOGIC / 02

One quantity can mean four different things

A request for “ten boxes” is not operational until the unit is named. The packing desk separates the product line from its pack, display, inner-carton and master-case levels before comparing quantities or discussing an outer carton.

See the display before naming the case

These Japanese edition images help identify the pack and opened display format. They do not establish master-case quantities, measurements, current supply or price.

BRIEF SEQUENCE / 04

Four stages before a clean handoff

  1. 01

    Normalize the lines

Give every requested product an exact code, language edition, quantity and unit basis.

  2. 02

    Resolve unknowns

Ask for current case-pack relationships, carton measurements and weight where those details affect the route.

  3. 03

    Set carton rules

Record whether lines may be consolidated, how cartons should be marked and which protection points matter to the buyer.

  4. 04

    Confirm the handoff

Align the written quotation, packing record, dispatch timing and destination details before goods move.

START THE RECORD / 05

Put the shipment questions in one message

Share the destination, product lines, buying unit, consolidation request, carton mark and packing priorities. Commercial terms are confirmed separately in writing.
